We’ll Give You a $5 Credit, Sir
It kills me how big huge companies can have such horrible customer service. I use Time Warner Cable for my internet, cable, and telephone. I have HD service on my television, and I have a Premium cable internet connection. So, my bill is not very small every month. Yet, there is always something going wrong. The internet always works fine. But, the phone and the cable are just crap half the time. We’ve had techs out here multiple times trying to fix them, and we’ve been on hold with customer service for hours combined. They always fix the problem for like a day, then it’s right back to normal. There answer is to always just take $5 off of my bill, and that should shut me up. At this rate, in a month or so, Time Warner is going to go in the hole with these $5 credits and they’re going to start paying me every month to use there stuff.
Thing is, I would rather not have that money off my bill. I would rather just pay full price and everything work the way that it should work. It really doesn’t seem like that is too much to ask, is it? I order a Wrestling or UFC Pay Per View every month, but the next day I always call and get it taken off of the bill because it doesn’t work right, or at all. If it wasn’t for the internet I would have switched to another company by now. But, I feel like I’m stuck and can’t do anything about it. And, they know that. So, that’s why I am where I am.
