I was out at the bar the other night, and there was this guy there that came out and bought everybody out on the patio a beer. It was great, but I had to know what the special occasion was. So, when he came back out I asked him and he said that he sold a huge appartment complex today and his commission was gigantic. Almost $60 grand he said. It was awesome, I think I am in the wrong business and I need to get into some real estate classes or whatever you have to do to sell stuff like that and make that kind of money. I know that is not a normal day, but still. Give me two of those days a year and I would be more than satisfied. That guy made more money that day than I do in a whole year. So, he’s got to be doing something right that I’m not.
