Well I have been having work done around the house and I think my next step is to get the basement waterproofed. I think I might need to think about mold removal as well.  It’s an older house and I would just feel more comfortable if I had a professional come in and check it out.  I would like to make the basement more useable and until I get that under control it just isnt going to happen.  It will be great to be able to renovate it down there so I can use it as a media room and the like.  But of course I can’t put any electronics down there until I know that we are not going to have a moisture issue.  I think I will call and make an appt this week for someone to come and take a look.
