Last year my friend took some time off of work to go to the Houston rodeo. He asked me if I wanted to go, but I really didn’t have too much interest in it. So, he ended up going with a couple of his friends. Then of course once he left I wished I had gone too. Mainly just to get out of the house for a couple of days. But, then we he got back and was telling me all about it and showing me pictures of everything, then I really wished I would have gone. It looked and sounded like it was a whole lot of fun.

So a couple days ago he called me up and said he’s getting tickets again here soon for the upcoming season. He told me that this year I have no choice, I have to go with him. Basically he just didn’t want to hear my wine about sitting at home this time around. So, he said that I get to pick the dates of when we go. And, so far it’s not an easy choice to make. I want to go to a few of the different concerts, so it’s kind of hard to pick. I am basically trying to decide between going on March 7th and 8th, that way we can see Sheryl Crow and Alan Jackson, or going to the last two dates, March 17th and 18th so we can see Brooks and Dunn and ZZ Top. I think we’re gonna do the 17th and 18 because neither one of us have ever gotten to see ZZ Top live before. Even though I had tickets to see them last year, I wasn’t able to go.   So if everything is cool, we can go ahead and order our Houston Rodeo Tickets.

Even though it’s quite a few months away, I can’t wait. It’s going to be awesome. And, the way time has been going lately, it will be here before we know it. Now I just have to hope that he is okay with the decision I made of which shows to go to.
